MJMS PTSA MEETING AGENDA

Introductions-

Review Proposed Budget-
Leslie will work on budget and email out.

Hot Dog Hello Thurs. Aug 29th- 5:30-8pm   dinner will be 5:30-6:30, PTSA buisness and then turn the time over to the school
what do we need? Student count 750  Planning on 480

Talked to Molly about using the pavilion behind the school. ($50)  We will be at the school, Matt will stake out the best shade for the tables.

Food pick up- Wendy and Leslie will work on this, will do pick and pull with Sam's club. Wendy will check with Mavrik to see if they are willing to donate.

set up- 4:00?  Meet at the school to set up 4pm

PTSA Membership table- Susie Godfrey will head up the membership table.

Health commission (Red Ribbon Week)-  Katrinia King and Jen Wilkey-  Talked about incorporating red ribbon week and white ribbon ( internet safety)  Wendy H. is contacting Maverik

Individual Development/Birthday Recognition-
we did Granny B Cookies last year-  Jen W. and Cari G. will decide what to do, $1 or under per student.  Will do July and August.

Little Caesars Pizza kits- Just need date   Leslie will contact vendor to set up date, using Nov. 5th as pick up date.
Molly suggested before PT conference and use pickup day as PT conference-   Parent teacher conference date

School t-shirts Harley Davidson  $6 boys cut, $9 girls cut. Talked about having different colors for grades, using Hot Dog Hello as last order date.  Amiee Hughes will check into prices on shirts.
